TMI Area Director of Organizational Development

Shannon

Shannon has more than 20 years’ experience in training, coaching, and OD consulting, with an emphasis on talent strategy, leadership and sales development.

As a coach, Shannon believes there is leadership “muscle” within all individuals that can be nurtured and developed. She helps individuals leverage their innate strengths to motivate and lead others, while addressing reactive behaviors and habits that get in the way of achieving solid results.  Shannon integrates her experience in training, leading her own teams to high performance and engagement, and education in psychology to help others forge a path to success and fulfillment. She does this through helping you clarify your vision and goals, identifying your strengths and how to leverage them, uncovering what is holding you back, and creating an action plan that is designed to keep you actively moving toward those goals.

Shannon holds a BAS from Dallas Baptist University, as well as several certifications including change management, leadership development, Extended DiSC®, & sales coaching. She has worked with clients such as Office Depot Business Solutions, Viking Office Products, Emed, National Pen, Research Now, Dallas Theater Center, Dealertrack Technologies, and ONE Gas.
